With our three medical plans you can access care in-network or out-of-network. We recommend accessing in-network care whenever possible, as it will be less expensive. The medical and prescription plans are administered by Independence Blue Cross. ​
Visit www.ibx.com, click on Login/Register, and follow the prompts using your ID card or personal details (DOB, SSN, Zip) to sign up. As a member, you can estimate costs, view claims, locate network providers, get prescriptions delivered, and access 24/7 online medical consultations. Use the IBX mobile app for easy health plan management on your smartphone. To find an in-network provider or pharmacy, use the "Find a Doctor" feature on the website or app, select "Personal Choice PPO" network, update your location, and search by provider name or specialty, even before registration.

IBC Home Delivery Service: IBC offers a home delivery service for your medications, saving you time and possibly money.
You can sign up for home delivery through:
ePrescribe: Your doctor sends your prescription electronically to IBC.
Online: Use the IBC website or app (download on Apple or Android).
Phone: Call the number on your member ID card.
This service is convenient as it delivers your medication directly to your door and offers reminders, with free standard shipping.
